  Do yourself a favor and go to a different office cause you might have to deal with Ashley and if she makes a mistake, she won’t own up to it. She will blame you as a customer, and make things way more difficult for you. She should be communicating and doing her job correctly, instead of brushing you off with misinformation or misdirection. I understand if you’re overwhelmed and busy but take ownership for your mistake. Instead of lying to the Customer and making it seem like it’s their fault when you didn’t communicate because you were busy. As a representative of State Farm..you absolutely need to do better. This woman does not pay attention, the day I canceled everything with them and she failed to mention I needed to sign something else to complete the cancellation. Then when I find out that I’m still dealing with them, she proceeds to make it my fault that she left that information out. when you told me I was completely done, after asking more than once, “is there anything else I need to do?” Her response was “ no you’re all set” She was wrong. I was not happy she misguided me and brought it up to her attention to fix it… she continued to make herself the victim like she is doing me a favor by fixing her mistake. You have to backdate it! You didn’t do your job fully. She tried to make me the bad guy for her faults. Save yourself the headache people. Avoid this place as a whole.

  Rashad was amazing, from start to finish. Very professional with lots of insurance knowledge. He showed me that my policy with Geico didn’t have collision coverage, which I had no idea that they changed my policy after so many years with them. With my new policy I have the extra coverage without the extra money. In fact, my policy with State Farm actually reduced my monthly payment. I am telling my family and friends to check out Rashad at State Farm!

  Joshua made the experience a smooth and pleasant one. He was able to point out shortcomings in our old plan and was able to give us a better rate,with better coverage. Joshua is easy to talk to and his customer service A+! Thx Joshua

  Had the best experience buying car insurance from Ron Simon State Farm Acency. From the time Rushad answered my call I was impressed.He was so pleasant and personable, felt comfortable talking with him. Felt he is honest. When he transfered my call to Jason I was even more impressed. Jason so helpful, appreciated his suggestions, kindness, patience, and being so honest. Happy with the rate I received. Such a joy dealing with good honest people.Both Rashad and Jason great for the agency. Great people, Great service. Thank you!

  I am so pleased with the Rob Simon insurance company and it's customer service and how they go above and beyond in making sure you get the best value at first I used to ask for Lydia and then she left, I was a little sad until I spoke to Christian and he help me through a couple of problems and customer service can't get any better than that so I now again have a great agent to conduct business. Thank you again sir Christian I greatly appreciate your service.
