- MCMichael ChayetAug 20, 20251.0Joy is the owner of this agency and her son Michael was my agent. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS AND SHOULD BOTH HAVE THEIR LICENSES REVOKED! I set up a policy with her son and he failed to set my account up on autopay properly. When there was a nonpayment issue they never took the time to reach out and give me a call, instead they cancelled my policy without notifying me which almost resulted in the state suspending my license, if I didn’t catch this on my own. When I called asking to reinstate my policy they were useless and tried to sign me up through their sister company for $850.00 a month for one vehicle, WHAT A JOKE. They took absolutely no accountability and did absolutely nothing to help except try to have me call the corporate office since the employees at this agency don’t like to do any work. These 2 are the worst people I have ever dealt with business-wise in my entire life. DO NOT SIGN UP UNLESS YOU LIKE MAKING YOUR LIFE HELL. Would leave a negative 10 star review if I could. Might even start my own agency to save people in my community from these clowns.
