- DNDillon NewmanJan 6, 20261.0Worst company ever, they charge you way too much and increase your rate every renewal, you get 1 comprehensive claim (they say they wont raise your rates) and then they drop you and then ignore your calls and texts ha. also almost everyone in the office WILL give you false information so if anyone does have questions go directly to janet herself Again JANET IS THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL TELL YOU THE RIGHT INFORMATION , everyone else in the office will give you false information
