    Formal Complaint and Statement Regarding Policy Cancellation Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Policy Cancellation Dear Sir or Madam, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the conduct of your representative, Ekaterina (Katya) Sharikov, and to formally document the reason for my decision to cancel my insurance policy. I have contacted Ms. Sharikov on multiple occasions regarding my policy and possible coverage options. During each interaction, I experienced unprofessional, dismissive, and hostile behavior, including but not limited to: • Lack of basic professional courtesy (no greeting, abrupt and hostile tone); • Failure to provide clear or timely feedback; • Unwillingness to assist or offer alternative, more suitable insurance options; • Refusal to properly address my concerns as a client; • Statements such as “we do not have to send anything to anyone,” which is unacceptable in a professional insurance service context. Due to this repeated behavior and the consistent lack of adequate customer service, I made the decision to cancel my insurance policy. This decision was directly caused by the representative’s unwillingness to perform her duties and her unprofessional conduct. I submitted my cancellation request in writing, both: • to the personal email address provided to me by Ms. Sharikov; and • to the company’s official mailbox. As of today, I have received no written confirmation that: • my cancellation request was received; • my policy is in the process of being canceled; or • my policy has already been canceled. This lack of response places me at risk of unwanted charges and financial liability, which is unacceptable. ⸻ ❗ I formally request the following: 1. Written confirmation of the current status of my policy cancellation; 2. Immediate confirmation once the policy is fully canceled; 3. A review of Ms. Sharikov’s conduct for failure to meet professional and customer service standards; 4. Assignment of a different representative for any further communication. Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a written response as soon as possible.
