  In January 2020, my entire home had flooded. It was recommended by a friend, to call Sam Ammendolea from Trouble in Paradise. I am so grateful that I took my friends advice and contacted Sam. He was punctual, extremely helpful, and honest throughout the entire process. I have never worked with a private adjuster before, but after this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone needing help from professional adjusters. He truly was wonderful to work with. Insurance companies are never easy to negotiate on your own when filing a claim, but with Sam’s help and tenacity in the language of my policy, he was able to negotiate on my behalf for a resolution and subsequent payout. I can not say thank you enough .

  Nobody ever plans to go through a hurricane, let alone a category 5 hurricane like Michael. We were fortunate not to have sustained major damage, but the entirety of several minor issues seemed enough to claim. When our insurance came back with a minimal offer for repairs we looked for assistance though Trouble In Paradise. Jeremy Schwietz was assigned our case and is a complete professional at his craft. He spent countless hours to get what we considered to be a fair settlement and continued to do so through three supplemental claims. Bryce McLarney and his team at Trouble in Paradise Adjusting have been fantastic to work with. They have been a breathe of fresh air throughout the entire claim process. And helped us tremendous with our temporarily living situations. Our disaster took a toll on us but Bryce and his team have really helped keep it under control. Bryce has walked us through every step of the process and advised us on every one of our options along the way. He has been two steps ahead of the process every step of the way.   I highly recommend Trouble in Paradise! They are quick to respond, efficient, very detailed and will not stop fighting for you. Being a realtor and in the construction field for more than 20+ years, we have had to work with many adjusting companies.
