  I spoke with Eric and he was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable about the insurance policy he spoke with me about so I ended up purchasing the policy and overall it was a pleasant experience. Yes I would recommend Eric at Direct to family and friends.

  Your guys’s customer service sucks. I have been waiting for it since 730. I had to pay for another tow $130 out of my own pocket because you guys don’t want to send a tow for five hours.
