After a full week, they gave me another run around. If you want to deal with agents who have common sense, this isn’t the place for you.

Although I was asking for a policy/agent transfer and had a lot of questions she was patient & when I asked her to slow down or wait a minute, she was very nice and accommodating. Hopefully her transfer of my policy to another agent has worked, we'll see. If you use this Agency I suggest you use her as she is very courteous and good. Barbara Parker
