  This agency is the worst. First off, they did not notify me when transaction didn't go through correctly in May/June this year. I found out that the state of Florida sent me a letter my car was uninsured for a month. Then when I questioned them one of staff "Luke" I am certain answered my call. He was very defensive and condescending during our phone conversation. Then I was notified from my bank that my credit score was dropped somewhere around 130 points related " collection services" in 11/2025. I was scratching my head why. Then today 12/1/25 I got a letter from collection agency that Allstate reported my case to them. I do not owe anything to Allstate. Actually they screwed me up and my driving could have been suspended if Progressive did not have me back. There was no place or nobody that I owed Allstate money; not even one day my car was covered "transaction failed."

  Very disappointing experience with agent Luke. He was rude, unhelpful, and extremely argumentative when I was simply trying to obtain information for a mutual customer. Instead of assisting, he became irate and disconnected the call mid-conversation. His behavior was unprofessional and childish, completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service role. Luke should not be representing any company that values respect and communication.
