  We have called numerous times to get some quotes for insurance and are told they would get back to us, never once have they called us back and I am already a client of theirs! So frustrating

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Sharon "SAM" Carse to transfer a flood policy on a new home. Sam was very flexible and accommodating despite multiple closing date changes. Thanks to Sam and the NJR Family Insurance team!

  I called on Monday June 10th 2024, about my car insurance. I have had insurance with Allstate probably for 15 years. The call taker told me someone will return my call. Today's date is June 27th, still no return call from this office which I actually find very unusual. Although I did call about insuring my new condo. The call taker told me Patrick would call me about insuring my condo. He never called.That was back on May 23rd 2024. The person that did call me back was from State Farm, so now they cover my condo interior. I am retired, but I ran an office with clients, I never failed to return someone's phone call. That is a priority in any business. So Nathan Roe Allstate office, call me back please. Someone has to care about how this office is perceived.
