- PEPatrick EAKINSFeb 17, 20231.0We have been with them for some time and were quite surprised to receive an email notice giving us 2 days to find new homeowners insurance. In the same email, they gave us a quote for double what ours currently runs. Two things about this, the state requires 60 day written notice of nonrenewal (120 days for UPC which we have through Milton). When asked why we are only getting two days notice, Lauren Jimerson, our agent replied they just did not have enough people and time to get around to it. This is both a violation of state statute and a coercive act by trying to force us into a last minute policy that is outrageous in cost. Terrible company, terrible customer support. Don't use them!
