I recently had an issue with an old Allstate claim (automobile) that was still showing as “Open” on my Medicare account. I spoke with Michelle at the Beaumont Agency about this, and she quickly took action to resolve this issue. On my behalf, Michelle contacted the appropriate department at Allstate and thoroughly explained the situation to them. Shortly thereafter, I received notice from Allstate, that the “Open” claim was “Closed” by Medicare. Quite often in instances like this, the ball gets dropped. Because of Michelle’s professionalism, my experience was stress free.
