  I recently switched to Millie Crespo’s Allstate in 2023 after being with my previous insurance company for 23 years. Allstate was able to get me a much more affordable policy that met my current driving needs. Millie’s office was thorough in going over my options and have always been quick to respond to my calls. Very happy with Millie Crespo and the Allstate team.

  I recently relocated from Seattle, WA to Aventura, Fl and had Allstate as my insurance carrier. I chose Millie Crespo as my agent here in Aventura and couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the first contact Millie was friendly and knowledgeable.The transfer of my policies to Florida could not have gone smoother. Millie did an outstanding job getting my policies sorted efficiently and timely. Moving across the country is stressful enough and I found myself in “good hands” with Millie. 5 out of 5 stars to date. On another note, I had my vehicle transported to my new home and it arrived severely damaged. The vehicle was on the top level of the transport and the driver hit an overpass. It was a very ugly day and my stress level was over the chart. It was a Saturday and Millies office was closed so I made contact with the Allstate 24/7 number. I had yet to file a claim on my auto insurance and the professionalism of the representative was amazing. One phone call was all it took to take care of everything, from the car rental, auto body shop and tow service. I did not have to make any other calls. I have been with Allstate for many years and I have to say I am grateful for the amazing customer service I have received. I highly recommend Millie Crespo here in Aventura and Allstate overall. I am in “good hands” with Allstate.
