  I have had various insurance as a homeowner as well as driver for 45 years, and I will NEVER use anyone but Allstate moving forward! Had them for many years now and several issues and claims, and every time Allstate has been in my corner, I truly feel protected with them. Special shout out to Tavis Navarro my agent and Adesoji Adeniji Adele handling a claim, these agents are respectful, responsive, kind and thorough. They think of things I don’t and ensure my insurance needs are met! Thank you gentlemen and thank you Allstate!!

  This location is ridiculous. Every time we've called and left a message or been told we would get a call back, it never happened. We called to take a SOLD vehicle off the insurance policy and thought it was handled. The next months bill came out and the vehicle was still on it. When my husband called and said he wasnt paying the difference of that vehicle still being on the policy when we hadn't owned it in over a month, he was told he was still expected too. Absolutely absurd to pay for something you no longer own and for someone not doing their job. Also almost always a negative attitude from the person on the other line, as if they are bothered for us calling in.

  I love the fact that we could handle the final decision to go with Allstate in person. Tavis was very personable and thorough with guiding us through the steps; he went above and beyond. If you need auto/home insurance or want to switch companies to save, you HAVE to go see Tavis Navarro/Allstate agent/owner!!

  My experience with Mike Rios was nothing but great. When I was ready to switch auto insurance he had everything ready when he called. Explained everything very well and process was quick and simply. Felt like I was dealing with him for years! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any insurance needs from home to life insurance!
