- LWLarry WallaceNov 19, 20251.0The worst. They took 6 months of payment from me and a little over a month canceled my policy with NO notification while I’m driving. Because docs “weren’t signed” that WERE INFACT signed and sent over when I renewed the policy. They are dishonest liars. They put me through hell and danger. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I sent over the signed docs 10+ times. They said they couldnt READ them- lol- I sent them to myself and one other and no problems. Again lied! then to reinstate my policy, they want information about my wife’s other insurance company who is foreign and a new loss statement on top of that and they’re the ones that started. All of this havoc seems very unfair. Credit is due to me.! They apologize a lot, which is an admission of guilt. I have all calls recorded and email correspondence.
