It is always awesome to work with the ladies and gentleman in my local State Farm office. Working with Lucy is a pleasure. She is always full of great information when I call with a need. It is great to be able to call and get the quick responses needed. Most times you call most companies, you can feel like a number, but not when calling this office. They actually care!!!! Times have changed with fast, cold service, but calling their office is a pleasure. I give them 5 stars because this has been my experience.
