  Long time customer, first time reviewer. What makes this office stand out is their availability whenever I have a question. I really appreciate that I can call with any questions and talk to a real person in a local office. Highly recommended!

  Allstate was completely mishandling my claim and not listening to me. I thought a customer of 42 years could call his agent and ask for help. I did on three different occasions and was told that things were straightened out, when the next thing I knew my rental car was out of days because of the mess that was made in the beginning of my claim. I was told I was going to have to start paying out-of-pocket even though Allstates delays cost me 12 days total rental. I was getting nowhere and called my local agent again for help, once first thing in the morning then around noon time, then in the afternoon. I got a call from another agent who told me to stop calling the agency that I was causing all the problems. I was also told that while he was talking to me on the phone, he was losing three potential new clients because he wasn't able to take care of their phone calls. They're more some other things that was said that I'm not going to get into. I will never use the Gomez agency again. The only reason I'm staying with Allstate, is it was one woman that I talked to a couple of times and she was able to straighten out the rental problem. I told her that if she did that I would stay with Allstate.
