  I had this insurance company for about 3 years and it seemed like every time it was time to renew it will go up anyways June 30th was my renewal time and after checking my account I find out they took out $30 more than usual it went from 283 to 317, now I'm furious because you guys know it's hard these days so I asked them why did my insurance go up, and they told me it was because I moved and the area that I live in now has a lot of accidents,mind you I just moved down the street so that same day I searched for another insurance company, while I was getting a quote they asked me about a claim I made on my renters insurance with zero paid out, which shocked me because I never put in a claim on renters insurance, I remember inquiring about how does renters insurance work because last year sometime I had a leak in my ceiling which destroyed one of my couches but when they explained the pricing of everything I told them I would rather not put in a claim because of the deductible,and I never got a claim number, after finding this out I called them and the only thing they can tell me is that once you inquire about something we put the claim in now I have to have this on my reports as a renters claim when I never made one my advice to you guys is if you want to save money do not go to Allstate and if you want to inquire about something without worrying about a claim putting in do not use Allstate

  Andrea and Mallory are the best insurance agents I have ever had in all my years of having car insurance. They are hard working friendly professionals that look out for my best interest as a client and get me the best deals. I even had my daughter changing company and she ended up with a much better deal from All State. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction!
