  As someone who is self-employed, taxes can get complicated, but Frances made the entire process simple and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure I got the best outcome possible. Great service, great communication, and genuine care for her clients. For all those reasons, I have been her client for many years now. Highly recommend!

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Muni Insurance, especially Frances, from start to finish. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients truly sets her apart. Frances made what is usually a stressful and confusing process feel smooth, organized, and completely manageable. Frances took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and ensured I understood every step. I felt confident knowing my taxes were being handled accurately and efficiently. Not only did she maximize my return, but she also provided helpful advice for future planning. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and reliable tax service, I highly recommend them.   This office was extremely helpful in finding a great Medicare plan for my father and for my uncle. Frances and Johanna was extremely knowledgeable on the subject of Medicare and helped us transition from a plan that was not covering much to a plan that covered a lot. Great service, highly recommend.

  As a young adult, finding an insurance that best fits my needs was very overwhelming. But I have to say, working with Frances at the Waterbury location has been a tremendous help! What I appreciate the most about her, is her honesty and her willingness to take the time to explain my options. I am so so so grateful to have been a client of Muni insurance. They are just the best!
