  I was shopping around for a couple of weeks now for home insurance and by far this agency was the best very courteous and mindful of my needs and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

  Horrible servicio especialmente con Francés en la oficina de Waterbury en Chase. Aún estoy esperando la llamada para elegir el plan de dental y visual que desde Diciembre , le dije que quería comprar . Varias llamadas , mensajes a la secretaria. E incluso hasta mi esposo llamó para terminar de hacer el trámite y aún al día de hoy Enero 15 , 2026 no hemos terminado de hacer el proceso de plan médico . Horrible , no se los recomiendo . Muy mal servicio , muy irresponsables y con muy poca credibilidad. Horrible service especially with Frances at the Waterbury office in Chase. I'm still waiting for the call to choose the dental and visual plan that since December, I told him I wanted to buy. Several calls, messages to the secretary. And even my husband called to finish the procedure and even today, January 15, 2026, we have not finished doing the medical plan process. Horrible, I don't recommend them. Very bad service, very irresponsible and with very little credibility.

  Everyone at the Waterbury location is absolutely amazing to work with. Happy New Year and it’s a pleasure doing business with Muni Insurance. Mr.Treeman and GM2 Tree Services of Connecticut.
