  I have to say that my experience with Allstate has been nothing short of amazing! I felt like I had truly given up looking for insurances with high prices because I am so ypung but Allstate was more than willing to accommodate and give me a helping hand! A special thanks to Rich at their office who truly is the epitome of an exemplar employee who made me feel heard, understood and went the extra mile to make sure I committed to allstate and assured me that I made the right choice with the attention to detail that he gave to me and my policy, I am forever grateful and could not be happier to join the Allstate family!   I cannot say enough good things about Rich & Doug at the Allstate Office on East Main Street. There has not been one single time that Doug or Rich did not answer a question or address a concern. They have provided me with years of good service. They know their clients and would always address me by name. I definitely felt like an individual not a number. They always went above and beyond. I highly recommend both Rich & Doug.
