I started my career as an Agent with Allstate in 1989 and opened my Stamford agency in 1992. I love working with customers and helping them with their insurance needs. - LTLoukia TsapariFeb 17, 20185.0The Aquino Allstate agency has been a real gift!! The agents are very helpful and responsive and they respond immediately - which is rare with insurance agents. The policy pricing is extremely competitive. I switched over from Progressive which was charging me nearly double for the exact same coverage. We are insuring all the family cars with them as well as the property and we also belong to the Allstate motor club. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
- PGpatricio garciaDec 22, 20141.0I was with this agent for more than 10 years and most of the years were headaches. They say they will call you back and rarely do. Most of the workers don't know what they are doing. They changed my policy without warning and wanted to charge me double what I was paying. They were not willing to work on the price. When I told them I was going to switch insurance company they sarcastically said "Good luck finding a place cheaper than this. Got a quote from progressive and it was $160. That's $100 cheaper than what they wanted to charge me. I checked with Geico and they wanted $150. I switched over to Geico and couldn't be happier. I put one star because there is no way to put zero.
