- KSKatay smith5 days ago1.0I can see why there are enough negative reviews for this agency. I received an attractive advertisement quote from Stockwell via mail for house insurance. So, I called and spoke to "Jack" about getting insurance. We discussed my needs and he told me that he would call me back with a quote. That was three days ago. When I didn't hear from him by the second day I called the agency and was told by someone else that Jack would call me back. No call back. This certainly says a lot about the lack of professionalism this agancy has. Why send mailings around to drum up business if there is no follow-up? This simply indicates to me that this is an irresponsible agency to entrust my home to. If they can't even return a call for an insurance sale imagine if I needed them for an incident?? Advice to Stockwell: Save your postage stamps.

Their representative Patrick was very knowledgeable and understood my policy needs really well. He was able to make a couple of changes but saved on my policy premium substantially. I highly recommend Stockwell and Patrick in particular for auto and home insurance coverage.
