My Homeowners premium nearly doubled this past year based on my town’s incorrect square footage listed for my property. Barbara Kulp at O’Brian’s successfully followed thru advocating on my behalf until she convinced the insurance company I deserved a large refund and premium reduction. Yes… i received the prized check in the mail.

When I questioned why my rates were so high, Brian replied with "that's just the way it is" " you won't be able to find insurance elsewhere". A person whom has never been in an accident and never filed an insurance claim can't find insurance, huh? I find that hard to believe. The scare tactics are ridiculous. The propaganda is unprofessional. I had an insurance policy that night for half the price. I recommend giving your hard earned dollars to a different company. And I have the emails to back all of this up.
