- MSMelissa Slattery6 days ago1.0I have car, umbrella and condo policies. Too many late fees. Inflexible about changing bill due dates. They charged me for a car I told them to stop charging me for, for 3 years. Wouldn’t correct that mi$take. I’m not at all keen on this office. But they prompted this review. I recommend a different office. Not sure another provider is any better. Out of habit and lazyness I stay with them.
