- CBConor BartramAug 3, 20241.0Did the bare minimum to help with a claim, incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Was told conflicting things and ended up not being reimbursed because of it. No empathy for a situation out of my control, when it came to extending the rental they wouldn’t even consider it. You pay hundreds of dollars a month and have one claim in three years and it barely covers anything.
