DO NOT use. They gave me nothing but bad information, or a total lack of it to give me the respect to choose. Turned out "paid in full" doesn't mean much. As I paid and the Jhoselin, the owner, called me and asked for some more information from my previous insurer. I got it and texted and emailed her to confirm. Never heard back, but got a bill for 700+ dollars. She completely dropped the ball, after this error, was caused my misinformation from her agency, and her ignoring my communication. Finally after 4 months, and calls to corporate, it was down to $93 but still it is a joke. "You're in good hands with ALL STATE," is a lie.
Bait and switch. SCAM. Oh, and Jhoslin is arrogant and had zero accountability.

JHoselin, it's great that you push blame on your former employee, but you hired and trained her, and while mistakes happen, you should have eaten the 93 dollars, rather than pass on the mistake to a "paid in full" client, that your company made. You actually called me, and asked for me to get information from my previous insurer, which I did, I texted and emailed you to make sure you got what you needed, no response. Oh unless you count the $700 plus bill I got 2 months later. Should we blame that on someone else too? You also chose to give me attitude, for your mistake. Yes, you! You will never get my business again, and I did what I said, and filed a complaint with the AG. Had you done the correct thing, and not just put the blame on someone else, and found a way to have my "paid in full," not change months into a 6 month policy, we wouldn't be here. You only have yourself to blame.
