- MSMarisa Seren4 days ago1.0I have been with Allstate for over 30 years, have auto home and an umbrella policy with them. I am very disappointed in Elias and his employees. I called and spoke to Jorge back in September and never received a call back. When speaking with him today he didn’t care that he never called back and said they were short staffed. Explained my new insurance tried canceling my policy and it was never canceled. Jorge didn’t even care that the policy was canceled and I switched insurance companies. Not the type of service to give someone who has been a customer for over 30 years. Glad I switched insurance companies. I am now saving over $5000 per year with better coverage and service. Don’t use Elias Felix. Go elsewhere.

- JCJonathan CubitMay 10, 20231.0I don’t know if it was a lack of knowledge or straight out poor integrity, but when making it clear working with Elias on what my final monthly price would be it jumped $50 after a few months when I was told it would stay the same throughout the entire policy. Elias was very nice polite cool, but again I was given the wrong information after I repeatedly asked before the end of the call my price would continue to remain the same throughout the duration of the policy. Only for again a price change after a few months and then when trying to reach out to figure out why he would not respond to my emails or phone calls or voice messages. Eventually, I was able to speak to another representative to find out the reason for the price jump. Very disappointed with the lack of integrity or “lack of knowledge”when signing up. Hence why I would not recommend Allstate especially now that I left another company, which now is less. I should have stayed with my former insurance policy with Progressive..
