Nosa took the time to understand Quasha’s specific needs, asking thoughtful questions about her property, vehicles, and future financial goals. Nosa walked Quasha through Allstate’s coverage options, ensuring she fully understood what each policy offered. What stood out to Quasha was the personalized approach. Nosa didn’t try to upsell unnecessary coverage but instead focused on what truly benefited her. For her home insurance, Nosa highlighted Allstate’s “Claim-Free Rewards,” which would provide Quasha with discounts for maintaining a claim-free record. For auto insurance, Nosa recommended the “Drivewise” program, explaining how it could reward Quasha with cashback for safe driving. The transparency and attention to detail impressed her. When discussing life insurance, Quasha mentioned her desire to leave a legacy for her children.     I was a client of James Hollar for over 10 years. I trusted him and only checked in on my rates every now and then. I recently got lax and didn’t notice the tremendous rate hikes that were automatically being deducted from my account for auto, homeowner’s and personal umbrella. I now found out we have a new agent, Nosa Omoragbon. We added a teen driver, which I understand and am fully aware of, but the rate changes started before that and continued after the change. Auto increased 40% in 6 months (unrelated to teen). Homeowners increased 30% in one year, tripled after 2 years. Personal umbrella tripled with 2024 renewal (unrelated to new driver, as that change already happened previously). It pains me to write a bad review, but this can’t happen to anyone else. Update: Coming back to this review to update from 1 star to 3 stars because the agent did reach out to me to explain that the auto rate hikes are related to mileage that we drive based on car reports. We found another company that doesn’t pull those reports and still gave us much lower rates. This poor rating is based more on the exponential hike in company rates and not so much on the agent himself.
