  I was a loyal customer of this insurance company for over 20 years, holding home, auto, and life policies with them. That loyalty was never reciprocated. In all that time, every single claim I made was denied. When I reported a roof leak with visible mold growing on the ceiling, they offered to buy me a gallon of paint instead of actually addressing the damage. Worse, when my life insurance policy neared expiration, I received no notice or contact from them, even though I had paid into it for 20 years. As a result, I missed the chance to roll it over and lost the entire investment. When I tried to discuss my concerns with a manager, I was shocked by how unprofessional the experience was. I was spoken to in a rude, condescending tone, laughed at, and yelled at. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable—especially from someone in a supervisory role. This company had every opportunity to do right by a long-term customer and failed miserably at every turn. Avoid at all costs.
