- LRlisa ramosFeb 9, 20261.0I changed my car insurance from Statefarm back to Allstate after not having them for many years.I guess many things have changed but noone ever let me know.I have full coverage and since I have rental from allstate I asked if it could all be together as it may lower my rates.Allstate agent said it will and wanted to make sure it also came with roadside and I was told it would.A few days into having Allstate I needed a tow 159 dollars no roadside.Now I have to pay that extra cost.Then I see they are still taking out renters separately.So where is the savings.When I had them in 2010 I got renters,car and roadside with full coverage all in one bill and I asked if it was the same told one thing but it's another.

They wait to end of day to send emails and return calls. Sorry I ever contacted them! And what is their reply, sorry you feel that way instead of trying to make the situation right.
