They wait to end of day to send emails and return calls. Sorry I ever contacted them! And what is their reply, sorry you feel that way instead of trying to make the situation right.

- CRchuck rizutoJun 22, 20201.0I notifed the Jett agency and also allstate corporate in December, and also in January that I was not renewing my auto policy. Both I and my new insurance company sent proof of new coverage to Jett agency and corporate. Two months later I get a past due bill. I call the Jet agency right away, and I was told sent the proof again but they probably cant do anything about it because it's two month old. So I sent again, never get a call back. And as you know it 3 weeks letter I have a collection agency calling me.
