  I'm new. I signed up with local broker. They're service is half okay. Ya gotta push a bit. They're also very high priced & I found out from owner that their company is helping "low income people" in our state get free policies; sounds like why ours is so high. I'm not happy or impressed one bit. I'm wondering who's getting cheap policies while ours are through the roof.

  I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Alison Lupoli for the outstanding customer service I received to secure a homeowner's policy for my new home purchase. Alison's attention to detail was excellent and made enjoyable conversation. I was able to obtain the coverage I needed at a very reasonable premium. Her vibrant personality and sound guidance made it very pleasant to work with, which is a motivating factor towards returning to purchase an auto insurance policy next. It also speaks volumes about the positive work environment at Allstate and the people with whom Alison works with. She is an asset to the team and should be applauded for her professionalism and commitment to excellence.   Total and True considerations always given from the beginning of applying for the insurance to the extreme end of resolving a claim. AllState has delivered nothing less than what is suspected as a provider. I give them five stars because they have delivered five star service. Thank you Lupolli Family for your professionalism. I am always recommending your company to family and friends .

  STAY AWAY! First they give you a lower rate. They will send you a confirmation email too. But after your billing is processed, they will bump the price up without even informing you. Also, read the fineprint. There's a lot of fees which they wont tell you. I ended up paying $200 for 12 DAYS! for a MOTORCYCLE! My current insurance charges me 58 per month. I feel scammed, but there was nothing I could do. They sent me a "third and final notice" for collection of residual amount after I cancelled the policy with them, while I was actually expecting a refund. WOW. I didn't even receive the first and second notices.
