  I'm new. I signed up with local broker. They're service is half okay. Ya gotta push a bit. They're also very high priced & I found out from owner that their company is helping "low income people" in our state get free policies; sounds like why ours is so high. I'm not happy or impressed one bit. I'm wondering who's getting cheap policies while ours are through the roof.

  ⚠️ Avoid This Office at All Costs ⚠️ My experience with Stephanie Lupoli, Lora, and the rest of this office has been absolutely disgusting. The way they treat clients is shameful, and people deserve to know how unprofessional and dishonest they are. Stephanie herself is rude and condescending. The first time I ever spoke with her, she didn’t even bother to greet me she just answered the phone with “Who’s this?” as if I was bothering her. Her attitude every time has been dismissive and nasty, with zero respect for clients. Lora & Connor made promises they never kept, they told me that they would take care of things and never followed through. On top of that, one of their agents even asked me my age in a demeaning way, as if I was too stupid to understand my own policy. That level of rudeness is beyond uncalled for. This office ignores calls, avoids emails, and when they finally do respond, they act like they’re doing you a favor. They lie, they mislead, and they never take responsibility for their own mistakes. Instead, they leave clients stuck with the consequences of their negligence while chasing their own commissions. Stephanie, Lora, and every person I’ve dealt with here should be embarrassed by how they treat people. Their behavior is appalling, their professionalism is nonexistent and their customer service is disgraceful. Do not waste your time or money with this office. They are liars, rude, unreliable, and will only bring you stress and headaches. Absolutely shameful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  i have nothing but good things to say about Stephanie and the crew at all state ...They truly go out of there way to resolve issues and are very professional in there approach to custumer service !!

  Total and True considerations always given from the beginning of applying for the insurance to the extreme end of resolving a claim. AllState has delivered nothing less than what is suspected as a provider. I give them five stars because they have delivered five star service. Thank you Lupolli Family for your professionalism. I am always recommending your company to family and friends .
