- RJredeye joeNov 19, 20241.0This company is the worst of any of these smaller insurance companies I have used in the last few years, two month in a row the have overcharged me and then when you call to have them fix it they told me to call the real insurance company, who doesnt have a way to speak to anyone, just to pay. I spoke the the manager Kacy, and she was extremely rude and told me to contact my bank and get a letter, I told her I would then she said it was the credit card people, and I told her they are they same in my case, as it is debit. Then she hung up on me and now wont answer her phone. I am filing a complaint with DORA the colorado insurance regulators to make sure this doesnt happen to others, which I am sure is part of their scam.
