  I was modifying home & auto coverage. I knew what I wanted and was able to complete everything via email and e-signature. It was all taken care of in about 30 minutes. Excellent.

  Sandy was very helpful explaining all the in's and out's of our auto policy so we could get what we needed. the rates are high no fault of anyone except the government interference.

  Sandra was a godsend. Allstate was going to cancel our policy on a mountain cabin. Sandra walked us through the process to get Allstate's concerns addressed. She was prompt to respond and a pleasure to work with.
