Sue Ball and her team are very responsive. We have been with them for several years. They answer my concerns promptly and find approaches to make sure I have the appropriate coverage. They constructively help thread the needle between being underinsured and overinsured.

Daniel was SO helpful- I was becoming increasingly frustrated with my old insurance, they near doubled by rate even with a perfect driving record and I was always bounded around from agent to agent if I had an issue. He made switching my insurance so painless and quick I was shocked! Plus my rates are cheaper with more coverage. Thank you Mr. Corona-Salazar!

Sue Ball has been my State Farm agent for more than 20 years. Over the years, Sue and her staff have provided excellent service. From finding a cost effective way to insure a teenage driver to helping find a reliable contractor to replace a hail damaged roof, Sue and her staff have always been there for my family. Recently, Sue went out of her way to help navigate the claims processes for my parent's long-term care policy, making sure they continue to have the coverage they need.
