Our insurance keeps going up for mistakes they have made in the office. She does not reply on time, we have to be messaging several times. But when it comes to payments they have to be on time. I am considering changing agency’s.

After I was the victim of a hit-and-run, they handled my claim with compassion and efficiency. Last month, Robin noticed that I likely qualified for a discount on my auto policy. We verified the details, and it was applied immediately. Who doesn't love saving money on insurance?! Thank you!

- BABoo AndrewsApr 26, 20171.0Had to call and put a hold on my automatic payment due to some personal issues. I called 24 hours ahead of time which I've done before. Christina answered the phone and I explained that I couldn't have the payment talen out tomorrow. Right away she had attitude in her voice and told me that I needed to give them more time to stop it. Then she proceeded to ask when I'll be able to pay it and I told her I'm not sure due to said personal issues. I have nevrmer ever ever had any issues before today. Now considering looking for a new insurance company. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. McCoy needs to do something about Christina and her people skills.
