Our insurance keeps going up for mistakes they have made in the office. She does not reply on time, we have to be messaging several times. But when it comes to payments they have to be on time. I am considering changing agency’s.

Christina answered the phone and I explained that I couldn't have the payment talen out tomorrow. Right away she had attitude in her voice and told me that I needed to give them more time to stop it. Then she proceeded to ask when I'll be able to pay it and I told her I'm not sure due to said personal issues. I have nevrmer ever ever had any issues before today. Now considering looking for a new insurance company. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. McCoy needs to do something about Christina and her people skills.
