I also assist our individuals in creating personalized life insurance and health insurance plans that meet their needs and make sure their most important asset is protected. We truly are a one stop shop when it comes to insuring your auto, motorcycle, home, condo, renters, boat, small business, and life insurance needs. We also provide classic/antique car, pet, and workers comp insurance.

Since then, I have repeatedly requested a refund of $260, but as of today, November 24, I have not received any payment. I have contacted both the parent company and Agent Damon Coates multiple times. Each time, I was told the refund would be issued by the agent. Last week, I was informed I would receive an email allowing me to choose the refund method (direct deposit or physical check). No such email has arrived, despite checking my inbox and spam folders thoroughly. This was my first experience with State Farm, and unfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing. Twenty-four days have passed without resolution. If this is the level of responsiveness for a simple refund, I am deeply concerned about how long a claim would take. I respectfully request immediate action to process my refund. Please confirm the refund method and timeline without further delay. I am writing in response to your recent communication. First, State Farm has confirmed that the refund check was not issued the first time. If a check was in fact issued earlier and I did not receive it, I request that a tracking number be provided so I can verify its status. You mentioned that the parent company would issue the refund, but State Farm has directed me to work through you as the agent to finalize everything. Since October 31, 2025, I have consistently called and was told to wait for an email to select a payment option. No such email was ever received, despite the fact that I reliably receive all other correspondence. It was only after I posted a review that I received a call from you. Now I am told another check has been issued, but I have not received the first one. To resolve this matter, please provide me with the tracking number for the refund check so I can monitor its delivery. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Paul
