Wow, I thought I might be only one here complaining about the rude attitude received by Deborah. I went in to get a quote possibly changing all vehicles (5) and house (already received quote for all except the one) and she seemed so annoyed to have been asked anything. I thought it would be nice to have an agent close to home but before I even was finished explaining the situation she cut me off and told me it to be covered with our current insurance company...before I could explain we were considering switching everything to All State. Not doing that now, especially eith her. Warning to go ANYWHERE but here. If she is that inconvenienced to get a quote I can't imagine it you have to file a claim!!!

My experience with Allstate has been absolutely appalling. Their pricing is outrageously high — I found identical coverage elsewhere for about half the cost. That alone is bad enough, but the customer service makes it even worse.
The office is disorganized, unresponsive, and clearly lacks accountability. Responses are slow, explanations are confusing, and any attempts to resolve issues are met with excuses instead of solutions.
Deborah, in particular, has been the worst part of this experience. Every interaction has been unprofessional. She constantly interrupts, talks over me, and treats me as if my questions and concerns are unimportant. The worst instance was when I informed her I would be cancelling my coverage, and she actually hung up on me. I have never felt so dismissed or disrespected by a professional representative. Her behavior is shocking, and it is hard to believe that someone like her is allowed to work in customer service.
On top of that, billing issues, miscommunications, and a general lack of organization have made every interaction unnecessarily stressful. Requests for refunds or clarifications are handled poorly or ignored entirely.
Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an insurance company. I will be taking my business elsewhere and filing a formal complaint. If you value fair pricing, competent service, and respectful treatment, do not go to Allstate. There are far better options available.

I think the policies are competitive in price for coverage. The level of service is very good, highly responsive to questions and potential policy changes. I get a quick call back with answers and resolutions each time I leave a voice message or an email.

Her customer service is horrible. Every time I would try to ask a question she would assume what I was going to say and cut me off. When I got frustrated I said I had a question, started to ask it, she interrupted me again and told me if I started talking again she would be done with me. From the moment my husband and I walked into this location you could tell she didn't want to be working. She was messing around with her husband who also works there and didn't not want to stop. I will never go back to this kind of customer service and noone else should have to as well
