  I called to cancel a policy for a mutual client and was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. Not only was I treated unprofessionally, but the client was as well. I requested that the policy be backdated to the date she began coverage with us, and that request was refused. When I asked for the customer service number so I could escalate the matter, there was no effort made to assist further. I firmly believe clients should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism whether they are starting a policy or canceling one. Ultimately, I contacted customer service directly and was able to have the policy canceled and properly backdated, even though it was beyond 30 days. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering this involved a mutual client.

  Wow, I thought I might be only one here complaining about the rude attitude received by Deborah. I went in to get a quote possibly changing all vehicles (5) and house (already received quote for all except the one) and she seemed so annoyed to have been asked anything. I thought it would be nice to have an agent close to home but before I even was finished explaining the situation she cut me off and told me it to be covered with our current insurance company...before I could explain we were considering switching everything to All State. Not doing that now, especially eith her. Warning to go ANYWHERE but here. If she is that inconvenienced to get a quote I can't imagine it you have to file a claim!!!

  Not responsive to emails or communicative. Raises premium without letting you know, promises to lower it if you turn on auto pay and then says they never said that. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

  If there was 0 stars, I would give it to her (this review is for Deborah and not for allstate). Over the 3-4 years we worked with her, we never liked Deborah, but we did like her employees. The saving we where receiving was worth it. She is rude and extremely deceptive. To get an actual quote, we provided the vin number for our possible purchase. I would understand if the quote was off a $5-$10 a month, but it was was $66 more than the quote for the first 4 months and $11 more a over the quote. When we called her out on it, she came up with some excuse about having to charge us for the 2 months we didn't even had the car, but we paid on the car we traded in. This is the 2nd time we purchased a new car with these results. This was the last straw, there was several other items under our auto and homeowners policies that deceptive and misleading. BEWARE: their prices and coverages might sound better, but there is always something she is not telling you. You would be better off working with someone else from allstate.
