  I discovered I locked my keys in the car as I searched my purse while rain poured down. I contacted Allstate for help , filled out all information required, including the credit card info for a $95 fee as I was nearly drowning. Told it would take an hour or two to get help .As I finished the last step, an announcement showed up that they were sorry but the site was gone and left an emergency number. Wetter than a mad hen, I called a local locksmith, my car was unlocked and my dripping self was in my car in about 15 min. Charge, $85. Wish I’d done that in the first place!
