  What an amazing experience!!! I spoke with Mrs. Jennifer Matthews herself And after being disconnected and hours passing in between, she got back in contact with me same day and we were able to get my insurance going and for way less than what I was paying with my last agency!!! She was amazing and understanding and proficient, and super easy to talk to. As a mother of 4 year old, it's often difficult to have a good conversation but she's Mom And understood that has grace !!! I will definitely be staying put!!! Go women, Supporting , Women!!! I love it!!!

  Talked to Katie at Jennifer Matthew's Agency when I had urgent questions or my claim and could not reach my claim rep. Katie was great on getting the details, listening to my concerns, and returning to me with answers even before promised. I always say tone goes a long way, and Katie's tone showed she cared and wanted to help. Truly appreciate it!

  Jennifer Matthew's Allstate Insurance is the best! I've had two no fault claims and with one call, Allstate took care of everything. They let me pick their preferred body shop, took care of towing, got me a rental car and they were in communication with me every step! When you are stressed out over an accident, it's nice not to have to think about anything! They also do yearly reviews on policies to make sure you are getting all your discounts and have the right coverage for your home as replacement costs go up and up! Again something most people don't think about! Jennifer Matthews and her staff are there to help clients because they want to help clients! They are the best!
