  I was looking to lower my home insurance and was completely lost and confused as this was my further time searching to switch companies when I received a call from LINDSEY HALL with Allstate Insurance. She immediately gave off good vibes, great ora, followed by total trust then developed into a friendship. She guided me through the process, answered all my ridiculous questions via telephone and email almost immediately! I put my trust in her with my home followed by switching my auto insurance policy to Allstate as well! Changing from the other company to Allstate with Lindsey's guidance was seamless, without any stress or anxiety. When my phone rang with her name and number on caller ID it put a smile on my face instead of the " ugh, do I have to answer this call" face! Make the switch, you won't regret it.

  Alec is amazing. He goes above and beyond to ensure you understand what you are getting before you buy. He is detailed and explains how the policies work and how they affect you. He was more than willing to work with me to get me set up and a better plan for my family. Highly recommend this office!

  I was having issues finding cheaper insurance for my motorcycles with my previous insurer and other various insurance companies. I was referred to Amber by a friend of mine, and the rates were MUCH cheaper than any other company. Not only was Amber very helpful, she was very responsive as well, so I didn't have to send any double emails to get updates on any of my insurance policies. It took some time for some rate checks, but she made sure to let me know she had not forgotten about me and was actively working to get my information! She gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on coverage and options for future coverages. I am not only happy with my new rates, but also very happy with the customer service Amber has provided, and I am confident that I will come to her for future insurance needs!
