  Billing is constantly screwed up and when I reach out for support it takes days if not over a week to hear back. I’ve been with this office for only two years and have had at least a half dozen billing mistakes. Inconvenient and unprofessional is understatement.

  I would give them less than one star if possible. They quoted wrong rate and person while signing me up. It is absolutely there fault and I had provided them the correct data in writing. Once I signed up they increased the rate without the minimum courtesy of informing me. They never responded back to my emails. Absolutely bad customer service. Both Joe and Danny are absolutely useless to work with. Stay away from them would be my advise.

  Beth Popson, who works with the Joe Bussey State Farm Group, was the best to work with. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable of the Insurance business. She answered all my questions, and there were a lot, and was able to find me the best coverage for my needs and budget. Working with her was a refreshing and easy process.

  Wow! I wish I had the same positive experience many of you have had, that would have been great! We were transferred to this office after our previous Insurance Company received a large rate increase. We were never contacted by the office at all. Not to welcome new clients, never to review our policies for any changed or to just go over coverage, not once, that shocked us! We had to call the office anytime there were questions no one was pro active! Now State Farm asked for huge rate increases and we took advantage of the opportunity to leave and the Insurance Company we left back to that was our Agency prior to this move because of costs we are so happy to be back with them, it is what it is, but I cannot say we received the service I had experienced with any of the prior Insurance companies, sad but true at least for us! I'm sure Joe is glad to be rid of us after our disastrous roofing fiasco and I'm not going to go into it here, but again just prior to suing the Contractor we were able to get Joe to mediate our claim! Even after this horrible experience our class 4 hail resistant roof leaked, how the heck does that happen? The company came and hopefully fixed it, but I will never have anything good to say about this contractor! Anyway, we are moving on and I had asked if our Agent would send us a response letting us know they received our notification to terminate, but again it was crickets! They never acknowledged anything by calling or emailing us, it's par for the course with our experience here.
