The quote we were given was a major factor in our decision to purchase our vehicle, but when the policy was issued the premium was dramatically higher than what we had been told. When we reached out to understand the discrepancy, the explanations kept changing and never really addressed the actual price difference in a clear way. Instead of taking accountability or helping walk through the numbers in a transparent way, it felt like we were being given different reasons each time. Insurance is something people rely on for trust and clarity, and unfortunately this experience left us feeling misled and unsupported. We really liked Christian when we first started working with him, but we are now left with a payment we can't afford and no accountability.
