    The office of Adam Hancock have been very responsive to email and text messages, and have helped me make minor modifications to lower the cost of my State Farm auto insurance (which I am also very pleased with).

    If I could I'd give Adam Hancock a 0. We have been with State Farm for over 30 years for our homes and autos. In that 30 years we had but one claim for a chip in a windshield. In that 30 years we have had good service with all the other agencies. When we moved to the area in 2023 we switched agencies to Adam Hancock. We had so many problems with them throughout the relationship. From doubling rates without explanation, sending correspondence to our old address (which seemed to never get completely resolved), to repeatedly not returning calls. When we decided to switch agencies we were entitled to a refund but have yet to receive it. That was last October, it is now April. I called and was told by the front desk agent that it was probably because it was under $100.00. I wondered, would they accept 100 less when we pay our premiums? I asked for them to check to make sure it was not sent to the wrong address and to provide an explanation either way. Have I received one, No. Do not use this agency!

    I had an excellent experience with State Farm. From the moment I reached out, their service was quick, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered clearly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free—especially as I was getting insurance for my first motorcycle. A big part of what made the experience stand out was the support from Skyler and Bridget. They were both so helpful and made sure I understood everything along the way. It really felt like they were looking out for me and making sure I was set up the right way. What also impressed me was the teamwork. Everyone seemed aligned and working together to make sure I was taken care of. The staff was friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the best option for my needs. By the end of the process, I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. They made something that can feel complicated simple and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, supportive insurance service.

    I had a card on file that expired and I didn't realize it. The front desk was really helpful in getting it taken care of and also waived the $20 fee that they usually charge for a payment not going through 😊
