  I worked with Brandon Russom at the Allstate insurance office named Summit insurance in Loveland, Colorado. I was looking to change to another insurance carrier, but I’ve been with Allstate for over eight years so I decided to give Allstate a chance. I was happy to work with Brandon because he helped me about six months ago with a problem with my insurance. I can say that I chose to stay with Allstate because of Brandon. His good service definitely kept my business with Allstate.

  I was unable to find my vehicle id cards on the Allstate mobile app, so I called my agent at Summit Insurance/Natasha & we discovered that it really wasn't there. Natasha communicated consistently with me as she figured out the issue & successfully merged all of my id cards & policies. She made me feel important. THANK YOU NATASHA😊👏💯

  ALLSTATE DEEMED MY 2024 KIA SELTOS A COMPLETE LOSS IN JULY OF 2025.ALLSTATE SENT ME AN EMAIL COMMUNICATING THE LOSS. I CHEKED UP ON MY POLICY FEBUARY 1 , 2026 AND DISCOVERED ALL STATE WAS STILL CHARGING ME FOR COVERAGE OF THE 2024 KIA SELTOS. I REPORTED IT TO AUSTIN MY AGENT AT SUMMIT INSURANCE. AFTER TWO WEEKS AUSTIN FOLLOWED UP WITH ME. AUSTIN AGREED TO REIMBURSE ME BACK FOR THE LAST 180 DAYS FOR THE AMOUNT OF $ 2200.00. I EXPLAINED TO AUSTIN THAT THIS WAS NOT FAIR TO ME BECAUSE THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR COVERAGE EXCEEDED THE AMOUNT HE WOULD BE CREDITING ME. AUSTIN WENT BACK TO ALLSTATE AND ASKED ALLSTATE TO GO BACK TO THE DATE OF THE LOSS. ALL STATE AGREED THE MISTAKE WAS ON THEIR END . SINCE IT REDUCED THE AMOUNT OFF VEHICLES ON THE POLICY FOM 3 CARS TO 2 CARS IT PUT ME IN A HIGHER PREMIUM BRACKET. ALL STATE HAD CHAGERED ME BUT IS NOT WILLING TO GIVE ME A FULL CREDIT.
