  I had a problem with my mortgage payment being too high. So high i suspected a mistake. Summer talked to me about it and then went to work to see what the problem was. She was both quick and thorough and best of all, figured out what the problem was and how to lower my payments. Thanks Summer, jim caporaso

  I leased a new 2026 auto and switched my insurance carrier over to the “Jennifer Feld Allstate Agency”. I was very impressed with the fast, professional, & personal service I received from both Summer and Jennifer. No problems whatsoever, and all the paperwork was received via email the same day I leased my new car. I definitely recommend these folks for their great service.

  Can’t say enough about Megan Bennett, Lilly Amador, and Jennifer Feld. They really know how to give a good experience when dealing with home and auto insurance. These three really are changing the way I feel about interacting with my insurance agents. I know it’s cheesy, but I do feel a personal connection when I work through different things. They are adamantly trying to save their clients money, working with them with extraneous situations, and maintaining a personable and professional relationship the whole way. I was actually kind of blown away by my experiences and I’m a pretty low on the totem pole customer. This is a great company and I plan on working with them for years to come if this is the experience.

  This is one of the absolute worst insurance agencies I have ever dealt with in my over 55yrs of having car insurance. I would not recommend them to anyone, there is not one person there that can give you a straight answer about anything. You have to go through an act of congress just to get to talk to anybody at this agency and they pass you around like your a soccer ball. If you dare challenge them on anything then tag you get another associate. Worst Experience I’ve ever had ever with a company that is so important to everyday life. You had better be going over your policy with a fine tooth comb had I not done this I was so underinsured they didn’t give me things that I had asked for that are supposed to be common sense on an insurance policy, so people be very careful and please look over your policies. My suggestion is I would not buy a policy from this agency. Maybe another Allstate agency would be better, but this one no good at all

  I just had a small issue resolved with the help of an Allstate agent. She was professional, prompt and caring in her interaction with me. This could have been a very stressful issue but with her guidance she made this a much more manageable problem. We have been Allstate customers for many years and will continue to be so.
