The rental company closed my rental agreement out 6 days early. I got ahold of an adjuster and he said they could do nothing about it, even though another adjuster the day before, told me it would be no problem picking my truck up on a Monday, not a weekend because they rental company is old be closed. The 2nd adjuster also said I didn’t need to speak to a manger when I asked to because he didn’t feel the case justified it. Frustrated, I called my agent and Emily handled my case. Within 10 mins or less, she had it resolved with an extension. I’m totally blown away with my agents service, but more importantly with Emily’s service. I would highly recommend using State Farm as their ins cost are far better then any companies I’ve used in the past. My hat is off to Emily, big time.
