- ARAissa romeroJul 13, 20221.0Very poor customer service. Found the number on a Craigslist post giving out FREE ADVICE, help and charity work. But yet when I call this person was rude as hell, he talked to me like I was stupid. Would never recommend this place/person.

He was incredibly helpful. I didn’t realize how complicated the claim process was without a public adjuster, but I’ll be calling Media Specs every time I have to deal with claims in the future. He got us the insurance money really fast, and a hotel to live in for the 7 months it took to finish the repairs. Other adjusters we contacted estimated an 18 month turnaround. Mark was fantastic. I refer him to anybody dealing with these kinds of claims.
