  I was trying to file a claim and was told by Lena it wasn't covered. After some arguing she referred me to the claims department which was very helpful and said my claim would be covered. My issue is not with Allstate, and I do not want to leave Allstate, but rather with the individual agency( Lena Lucia). I have asked that I be moved to a new agent, which they did, but I found out they are still giving Lena the commissions. I don't feel it's fair the agent that does the work, will not get the commissions, when she almost lost the customer! Might be time to leave Allstate! I am updating this review to let you know I had to cancel my Allstate policies after Lena called me harassing me about my review along with emails.

  Easy to talk to and get my account set up. The policy was explained nicely, and I always felt that I wasn't just another account number. I hope I never have to have a need for it, but knowing I have the proper coverage now is some peace of mind and I was walked right through it all.

  Lena is a great agent. Very easy to talk to and does the right thing for her clients. Awesome at helping out on claims
